The world's houses, opened to a family.

RSN One, Global Family Club

The fine print, kept plain

Your privacy.

We ask for as little as the house needs to send you beautiful things and look after you well — and we treat what you share like a guest’s confidence, because it is.

What we collect

We collect what you give us and what your visit naturally leaves behind. From you: the name, address, phone, and email you enter to place an order or open an account, and the contents of a message when you write to the concierge. From your visit: the pieces you view and add to your bag, the device and browser you use, and a record of orders so we can show you your history. If you join the club, we also keep your membership tier and wallet activity.

Payment is handled by our payment partners. Card numbers pass straight to them — we never see or store your full card details, only the last four digits to help you tell one card from another.

How we use it

We use your information to do the things you came here for: process and ship your orders, handle returns and refunds, answer the concierge, keep your account and saved addresses, and — if you are a member — apply member pricing and settle wallet rewards.

We use a quiet amount of it to make the house better: to understand which pieces find their people, to keep the site fast and secure, and to prevent fraud. Where we send you a drop announcement or a restock note, it is because you asked us to, and every such message carries a one-tap way to stop.

What we never do

We do not sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone — there is no version of RSN One where your information is the product. We do not share it for other companies’ marketing.

We share it only with the partners who help us run the house — the couriers who carry your order, the payment processors who take the payment, the infrastructure that serves the site — and only the slice each one needs to do its job. They are held to handle it for us alone. We may also disclose information where the law genuinely requires it.

Your choices and rights

It is your information, and you stay in charge of it. You can view and edit your saved addresses and account details at any time, and turn off any non-essential message from your notification settings. You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — and you can close your account whenever you wish.

Some records we keep a while longer because the law asks us to, such as the invoices behind completed orders. Everything else we let go of when it has done its purpose. To make any of these requests, write to the address below and a human will see it through.

Cookies

We use a small set of cookies. The essential ones keep you signed in, remember your bag, and keep checkout secure — the site cannot work without them. A second, optional set helps us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not use cookies to follow you around the rest of the web, and you can clear or block them in your browser at any time.

How to reach us

If you have a question about your privacy, or you would like to make any of the requests above, write to privacy@rsnone.com. A real person reads it, and we aim to reply within a few days.
